This relates to data communicated when you sign up to our “newsletter”. We will use your email address to keep you informed about our products and services, of news about Next Tech and its solution.

Next Tech uses a third-party messaging supplier, MailChimp, for our emails. Thus, we supply MailChimp with certain information, including your email address, your name, your language and your country. MailChimp processes the data concerning you in compliance with its Privacy Policy and the cookie statement and respects the GDPR.

We shall respond to your requests as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days from receipt.

Next Tech’s liability shall be limited to direct damages, to the exclusion of any consequential (indirect) damages. Next Tech shall never be held liable for damages considered as indirect such as, this list being non-exhaustive, loss of data, financial or commercial harm, losses of benefits, increase in general expenses, disruption of planning.

In the event of disputes or litigation

All claims, complaints and grievances shall be addressed to the registered office of Next Tech.

Law applicable and competent jurisdiction

These provisions shall be governed, interpreted, and performed in accordance with Belgian legislation, the only law applicable, in the event of litigation.

Any dispute not settled amicably within a period not exceeding one month from its occurrence, it being possible to extend this period by mutual agreement, shall be brought by the most diligent party before the French-language Courts and Tribunals of the judicial district of Liège which shall be solely competent.

Date of entry into force

This policy was created and entered into force in May 2018. Next Tech reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to change, amend, add or delete parts of this Policy at any time. We advise you to consult this document on a regular basis.
